Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 60 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.

Fit Guarantee

If a part of your order came with a Fit Guarantee label but you are not happy with the fit you are eligible for a 150% refund on the Fit Guaranteed items. The refund is twofold: You will get 100% of the item price refunded to your credit card and 50% of the item price in store credit. To request a Fit Guarantee refund, please contact us by email at support@sizeadvice.com. You will be asked for various details about the fit of the item(s) as well as photographs of yourself wearing the item(s).
